GRAFTER APP subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Billing section in your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account will revert to the free plan.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment and receive a full refund. To request this, email support@grafterapp.co.uk within 14 days of your first payment.
After the 14-day cooling off period, we do not offer refunds for partial months. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
