Solo plan subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your Solo subscription at any time through the billing portal in your profile. Upon cancellation:
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@grafterapp.co.uk and we will review it.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into GRAFTER APP, including customer details, quotes, invoices, job information, and uploaded photos. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the service, you grant GRAFTER APP a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

When you store your customers' personal data (names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses) within GRAFTER APP, you are the data controller for that data under UK GDPR. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis to collect and store your customers' information.
